This Sunday is the last Sunday before Advent begins, and with it, a new church year. It is often referred to as "The Reign of Christ Sunday".

At the end of the church year, we are at the foot of the cross and hear a promise spoken to a dying man: “Today you will be with me in paradise.” Christ reigns not with dominance but with self-giving love — the kind that transforms even places of suffering into seeds of new creation. In a chaotic world, we dare to envision what will bloom under God’s care: justice, mercy, and a kingdom that looks nothing like what we’ve known.

We'd love it if you could stay after service for some conversation and refreshments.
