Further progress on the Positivity Mural

Over the early winter, most of the fence contsruction for the Positivity Mural got done -- all will be ready for the spring when the Tom Baines students help us to create the positivity mural! Thanks to the Calgary Foundation and the Randy Jaggard Fund for funds used to date.
